Junior Architect

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Architect with 2–3 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, 3D visualization, and construction documentation. The candidate should be capable of developing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants, and assisting in the execution of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop and modify architectural designs based on project requirements and client feedback.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and coordinate with structural and MEP consultants.
• Assist in material selection, design development, and preparation of presentation drawings.
• Create 3D models, renders, and visual presentations for client meetings.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure design accuracy.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify that construction follows approved drawings.
• Maintain drawing revisions, project documentation, and material schedules.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in an architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Working knowledge of V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or other rendering software.
• Knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and material specifications.
• Familiarity with working drawings and coordination with structural and MEP consultants.
• Good design sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently on assigned drawings and design tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.
• Good coordination and communication with team members and site personnel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
