Job Summary

Ingrain is looking for a Junior Architect to support the design team in developing architectural concepts, preparing working drawings and coordinating project documentation. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural design, technical drawings and construction details.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations and sections.
• Prepare architectural working drawings and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and design presentations using relevant architectural software.
• Coordinate with senior architects and consultants to incorporate design changes.
• Assist in material selection, detailing and preparation of project documentation.
• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams and participate in site visits whenever required.
• Maintain updated drawings and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support the team in resolving design and technical issues during project development.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp and other 3D visualisation software.
• Understanding of architectural drawings, construction details and building materials.
• Good design sense, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks within deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
