Position Summary:

We re seeking an exceptional junior Architect to lead diverse architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding design, technical, and leadership skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:
   • Lead design teams on diverse projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
   • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
2. Design and Technical Expertise:
   • Develop and implement architectural designs, meeting client requirements and industry standards.
   • Ensure aesthetic, functional, and sustainable design aspects.
   • Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Blender, 3D max, Lumion)
3. Client and Stakeholder Management:
   • Conduct site visits, inspections, and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
   • Interact with clients to understand their requirements and manage project timelines.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
   • Oversee creation of architectural plans, blueprints, and models.
   • Coordinate with MEP, Structural, Landscape, and other consultants.

Required Qualifications Skills :

• Experience : 1 to 2 years
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to generate innovative design concepts
• In-depth knowledge of materials and construction methodology
• Experience working on various architectural projects
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional design and technical skills
