Role Description The Junior Architect role at BETA is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. In this role, the Junior Architect will support the design and development of software architecture for new and existing products, working closely with senior architects and development teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with architectural design documentation, contributing to integration plans, and ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements. The Junior Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review implementation approaches, participate in project planning, and help maintain architectural standards and best practices. The role also involves learning and applying modern software development methodologies, monitoring system performance, and suggesting incremental improvements.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge and skills in Architecture and Architectural Design for software systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively on Software Development activities and support integration with existing systems.
• Understanding of Integration concepts and practices across components, services, and platforms.
• Basic experience or coursework related to Project Management, including coordination, timelines, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages, software frameworks, and development tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur, collaborate in teams, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Interest in scalable system design, cloud technologies, security best practices, and continuous learning.
