Junior Architect / Drafter

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Work From Office (PIK 2, Jakarta Utara)

2. Open to Male & Female candidates.

3. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

4. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or technical drafting (fresh graduates are welcome).

5. Proficient in 2D & 3D modelling such as AutoCAD SketchUp, Rhinos, 3Ds Max or other design software is a plus.

6. Able to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.

7. Understanding of construction details, materials, and dimensions.

8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

9. Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

10. Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

11. Good communication and teamwork skills.

12. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

JOBDESK

1. Assist in developing design concepts based on project requirements and client needs.

2. Create and develop 2D drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.

3. Assist in preparing mood boards, material selections, color schemes, and design concepts.

4. Coordinate with the senior designer, project team, and related departments to ensure designs meet project requirements.

5. Conduct site measurements and assist with site surveys when required.

6. Assist in preparing material specifications, quotations, and other project-related documentation.

7. Make design revisions based on feedback from clients or senior designers.

8. Ensure drawings and design documents are accurate and aligned with project specifications.

9. Keep up with current design trends, materials, finishes, and design solutions.
