About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our team and work on premium residential and luxury villa projects.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate design ideas into practical drawings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural and interior design development for residential projects
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, plans, elevations and sections
• Assist with 3D modelling, design presentations and material selections
• Coordinate with senior architects, designers and project teams
• Prepare working drawings and design documentation
• Assist in site visits and coordinate with contractors/vendors when required
• Ensure designs and drawings meet project requirements and quality standards
• Support the team throughout the design and execution process

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop or similar design software is an advantage
• Good understanding of space planning, materials and detailing
• Strong visual and creative sense
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Candidates with experience in residential/luxury projects will be preferred
