Junior Architect

We are looking for a Junior Architect (B.Arch) with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in architectural modelling, space planning, 3D visualization, and design development, with a good eye for detail and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed space plans.
• Prepare accurate 3D models and visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
• Translate design concepts into detailed 3D models and presentation-ready visuals.
• Assist in developing design drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate design requirements and incorporate feedback into drawings and models.
• Work closely with senior architects and the design team throughout project development.
• Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of space planning and architectural design principles.
• Excellent 3D modelling and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in:
• 3ds Max
• SketchUp
• Corona Renderer
• D5 Render
• Good understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and architectural visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to develop designs from concept to visualization.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• A creative approach with the ability to understand and execute design intent.

Preferred Candidate

A detail-oriented and creative architect who can independently handle 3D modelling and space planning, while working collaboratively with the design team to deliver high-quality architectural concepts and visualizations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
