Junior Assembly Technician

A global technology company specialising in semiconductor automation, robotics, and precision manufacturing solutions.

This is more than a conventional assembly role. Technicians will gain hands-on exposure to advanced semiconductor equipment, mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring, schematics, and automation systems.

The experience provides a strong foundation for building a long-term career in the semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing industry.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,800
• Gross Salary: Up to approximately RM4,000 including OT and allowances
• Fixed transport allowance of RM300
• Meal card worth RM7.70 per working day

Job Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring, and installation
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and basic measuring equipment
• Read and follow Engineering Drawings, Schematic Diagrams, BOMs, and Work Instructions
• Assemble components according to required specifications and work standards
• Ensure completed work meets established quality and safety standards
• Support other production and assembly-related duties when required

Requirements

• SPM / SKM / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Experience as a Technician, Assembly Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or Production Technician will be an advantage
• Candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with electrical or mechanical assembly, wiring, and technical drawings will be advantageous
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts
• Positive work attitude, good discipline, and willingness to learn
