Junior Assistant

We are looking for a responsible, energetic and organised Junior Assistant.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

· Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks

· Attend to walk-in customers and visitors professionally

· Support the sales team with basic administrative work

· Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the office/showroom

· Assist with preparing forms, reports and other documents

· Support events, promotions and showroom activities

· Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/management

✅ Requirements

· Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office  & Excel

· Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin

· Responsible, punctual and willing to learn

· Able to work independently and as part of a team
