I’m working with a highly prestigious Design & Build fit-out specialist based in London. Operating in a fast-paced, highly rewarding, and exceptionally sociable sector, they are renowned for creating inspirational commercial interiors across London.

Due to rapid growth and high client demand, they are offering an extremely rare entry-level opportunity for a green, ambitious Junior Furniture Co-ordinator to join their close-knit team. Sitting uniquely between both the Head of Operations (focusing on administrative & operational delivery) and the Head of Furniture (focusing on front-end consultancy and design-led strategy), this role offers a world-class training ground to learn the industry inside out and rapidly accelerate your career.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the end-to-end furniture coordination process for high-spec commercial office fit-out projects.
• Working closely with the Head of Operations to handle procurement administrative tasks, order tracking, and delivery logistics.
• Assisting the Head of Furniture with front-end consultancy work, product research, client briefs, and showroom visits.
• Liaising with top-tier furniture manufacturers and suppliers to obtain lead times, product specs, and accurate pricing schedules.
• Helping to build clear, structured client quotes, order confirmations, and furniture specification packages.
• Coordinating delivery schedules and assisting on-site during installations to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintaining organized digital project files, CRM records, and supplier databases.
• Collaborating with internal design, sales, and delivery teams to ensure project briefs are met seamlessly on time and within budget.
