Junior / Assistant Engineer

• Operate and monitor Turbine Generator (TG), Coal Handling Plant (CHP), and other power plant systems to ensure safe and efficient power generation.
• Manage and control plant operations through the Distributed Control System (DCS) , ensuring parameters are maintained within prescribed operating limits.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of operational issues, equipment failures, and process abnormalities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with process safety, equipment protection systems, and operational safety procedures , maintaining a safe work environment.
• Monitor plant performance, record operational data, coordinate with maintece teams, and implement corrective actions for reliable plant operation.
