Job Title: Junior Assistant – Hallmarking

Location: KOUTSIDE KERALAM

RELOCATION NEEDED

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Assistant to support day-to-day hallmarking operations, documentation, and coordination activities at our hallmarking facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily hallmarking and office operations.

• Receive, verify, and maintain gold/silver sample and job-related records.

• Prepare and maintain hallmarking documents, registers, and reports.

• Coordinate with customers, branch teams, and internal departments.

• Assist in updating data in ERP/software systems.

• Support sample movement, tagging, and record tracking.

• Ensure proper documentation and follow company SOPs.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and company records.

• Support the team in other administrative and operational activities as required.

Qualification:

• SSLC / Plus Two / ITI or equivalent.

• Freshers can apply.

• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Willingness to learn hallmarking processes.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
