JUNIOR ASSISTANT (LIVE HOST)

JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for hosting live-streaming sessions on social media and ecommerce platforms to promote the Company's products, engage with viewers, and support online sales. The role requires a confident and energetic individual who is comfortable communicating and appearing on camera.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Host regular live-streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Present and demonstrate products clearly and confidently.
• Engage with viewers through comments, questions, and interactive activities.
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
• Encourage viewers to interact, follow, and make purchases.
• Maintain an energetic, friendly, and professional presence during live sessions.
• Prepare product knowledge and talking points before each live session.
• Monitor audience engagement and identify ways to improve live performance.
• Work with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to support live-streaming activities.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Management

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• SPM, Diploma, or Certificate in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in live hosting, sales, customer service, or social media is an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of a camera.
• Outgoing, energetic, and engaging personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak clearly and interact naturally with an audience.
• Good product presentation and selling skills.
• Quick-thinking and able to respond appropriately to viewers.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven.
• Willing to work according to live-streaming schedules, including weekends or public holidays when required.
