Junior / Assistant Product Developer

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in the product development process, including concept design, prototype creation, and market research;
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure products meet safety standards and quality requirements;
• Participate in product testing and refinement, collecting and analyzing feedback;
• Help prepare product presentations and trade show materials;
• Willingness to factory based due to business needs.

Job requirements:

• Relevant background in design, product development, or engineering; a bachelor's degree is preferred;
• Basic understanding of the toy market and consumer needs;
• Innovative thinking with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills;
• Proficiency in design software (such as Photoshop & illustration) is a plus;
• Good time management skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
