Open Positions: Customer Success, Customer Support, and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Location & Work Model: Hybrid in Bangalore (3–4 days in-office per week).

• Experience Level: Open to candidate profiles ranging from Freshers to 7 Years of relevant experience.

• Shift Timings: Must be comfortable working international hours:

  • UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
  • US Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST

• Key Responsibilities (Role-wise):

  • Customer Success / Support: Manage cross-border client relationships, resolve queries via ticket/chat/phone, drive product adoption, and maintain high CSAT/NPS scores.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee collections, manage invoice disputes, handle cash application, and perform reconciliation for international client accounts.

• Qualifications: Strong verbal/written English communication, client-first mindset, and basic proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
