Junior Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the firm's trial and administrative practice by representing clients in various courts and government agencies, preparing legal pleadings, and conducting client interviews.

Candidates must be admitted to the bar.

A law degree is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and proceedings before regular courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and administrative agencies.
• Prepare, draft, and file legal pleadings, motions, position papers, and other court submissions.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development.
• Interview and liaise with clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather facts and prepare for litigation.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of documentary and testimonial evidence.
• Ensure compliance with filing deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Perform other legal or administrative tasks as may be assigned by senior lawyers or partners.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
