Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process claims as per company policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as per business requirements.
• Handle claim-related queries from claimants, providers and clients.
• Follow quality and process guidelines.
• Support multiple tasks and cross-training as required.
• Work from office and be flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers with a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• B.Com, B.Sc (Science/Maths/Physics) and other relevant graduates can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and keyboard skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work from office.
