Junior Associate

About the role

As a Junior Associate at Prom Legal Solution, you will be part of a dynamic and accomplished team of Tax and legal professionals dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to our diverse corporate client base. In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of legal matters, gaining valuable experience and exposure across various practice areas.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist senior lawyers in conducting legal research and analysis
2. Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence
3. Participate in client meetings and assist with client communication
4. Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
5. Collaborate with the team to provide seamless legal services to our clients
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's processes and practices

What we're looking for

1. A law degree from a reputable university
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
3. Strong research and analytical skills
4. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
5. Collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
6. Familiarity with legal practice and procedures in Thailand
