We pride ourselves on providing valuable guidance and support to newly-minted lawyers to help navigate the challenges and complexities of the legal profession.

Qualifications

In our pursuit of excellence, we are committed to fostering a team of talented and dedicated professionals who are passionate about the intricacies of the law. The qualifications we seek not only reflect our commitment to delivering exceptional legal services but also our dedication to nurturing the growth and potential of each individual who joins our Firm. To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Open to 2025 and 2026 Bar Exam takers and newly admitted lawyers.
  • Proficiency in both English and Filipino languages.
  • Strong aptitude for case management, including the ability to strategize, develop case theories, analyze evidence, and offer comprehensive legal advice to clients.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, characterized by attention to detail and a capacity to assess intricate legal matters and formulate effective strategies.
  • Proven ability to work harmoniously in a collaborative team environment, cooperating with fellow associates, paralegals, support staff, and other professionals.

  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, embracing changes in legal landscapes and shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with legal research databases, case management software, and relevant technology tools associated with tax and corporate law.
  • Capability to maintain composure even in challenging situations.
  • Ideally, hands-on experience in trials, hearings, negotiations, mediations, or arbitrations, whether in paralegal roles or participation in moot court competitions.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Availability to commence work at the earliest opportunity.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Associate, you will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities spanning multiple practice areas. As you advance in your career trajectory, you will have the opportunity to specialize in distinct practice domains that align seamlessly with your skill set and strengths. The role of a Junior Associate entails a diverse set of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Crafting and drafting petitions, motions, briefs, and other essential pleadings.
