Junior Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor spring-making machines as per production requirements.

• Set and adjust machine parameters for different spring sizes and specifications.

• Ensure springs are produced as per quality standards and specifications.

• Check the dimensions, shape, tension, and overall quality of springs during production.

• Carry out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.

• Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or abnormalities to the supervisor/maintenance team.

• Maintain proper production records and update shift-wise output.

• Ensure proper feeding of raw materials and avoid material wastage.

• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE while operating the machine.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine and work area.

• Support preventive maintenance activities as required.

• Achieve daily production and quality targets.

• Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor/Section In-charge.

  Required Skills

• 23 years of experience in operating spring-making or similar manufacturing machines.

• Basic knowledge of machine setting and operation.

• Ability to read and understand basic production/quality specifications.

• Good understanding of workplace safety practices.

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.

• Good discipline and team-working ability.

  Qualification

ITI / Diploma / 10th or equivalent , preferably with relevant manufacturing experience.
