Established law firm seeking a Junior Associate to join our team. We handle personal injury, employment & civil rights, business torts, real property litigation, and transactional matters.

Position Overview

We're looking for an attorney with 2-5 years of experience to work on diverse cases across multiple practice areas. You'll work closely with senior attorneys while handling your own responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle discovery, draft pleadings and motions
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Draft and review contracts and transactional documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Participate in mediations and settlement conferences
• Assist with trial preparation

Practice Areas

• Personal Injury: Auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death
• Employment & Civil Rights: Discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour
• Business Torts: Breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition
• Real Property: Boundary disputes, landlord-tenant, real estate transactions

Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school
• Active State Bar member in good standing
• 2-5 years litigation or transactional experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Experience in civil litigation or business law
• Courtroom experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
