Junior Associate

Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Associate (Advokatski pripravnik) to join our team in Belgrade. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners and associates and will be involved in a broad range of legal matters from the early stages of their career.

Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting legal research and preparing legal analyses and memoranda;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, corporate documents, and other legal correspondence;
• Assisting in corporate transactions, regulatory procedures, and dispute resolution matters.
• Supporting attorneys in communication with clients, courts, regulatory authorities, and other institutions;
• Participating in client meetings and contributing to ongoing legal projects; and
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of legal filings and documentation.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Law, with eligibility for registration as an advokatski pripravnik in Serbia;
• Excellent command of Serbian and English, both written and spoken;
• Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills;
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments;
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong sense of professional responsibility;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
• Good command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal research tools; and
• Previous internship or relevant work experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
