Junior Associate Lawyer

HIRING: JUNIOR ASSOCIATE

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Hybrid

We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer who can handle legal work, support litigation matters, and contribute to client-facing responsibilities. We welcome candidates with a strong litigation background, as well as those with substantial corporate law experience who are willing to transition into litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, contracts, and other legal documents
• Assist with litigation, court filings, hearings, and case management
• Prepare case documents, exhibits, and supporting materials
• Attend client meetings and legal proceedings
• Review corporate and regulatory documents for compliance

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor / Bachelor of Laws graduate
• Philippine Bar passer and in good standing
• At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel
• Strong litigation background preferred
• Corporate lawyers with substantial experience who are willing to transition into litigation are welcome
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Adaptable and interested in developing a long-term career in litigation
• Accounting/Finance background is an advantage
