Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft and review of Contracts, Legal Opinions, Pleadings and other legal documents.
• Handle litigation cases including civil, criminal, tax, labor, and administrative cases.
• Interview and prepare witness for court proceedings.
• Attend hearings and conferences before various courts and other tribunals.
• Conduct research and assist in gathering all relevant information to the assigned case.
• Attend meetings with clients and possible negotiation with opposing counsels.
• Proactively inform the Partners and immediate supervisors of any progress and development of cases.
• Assist the Partners and immediate supervisors in conducting legal and factual research on assigned cases.
