Education : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent

Industry : Any cold operators- glass or ceramic industries

Summary : The Junior Associate is responsible for the process from Fiberization, Needling and Log handling up to the production of final product.

Technical Responsibilities

• Sets production machines and Operates process plant equipments for the process of Fiberisation, Needling, Log handling according to established procedures and schedules.
• Performs Quality tests like shot content, tensile & etc.
• Online inspection of product physical parameters and immediately takes corrective action.
• Detects and Reports machine abnormalities promptly to the maintenance team.
• Performs Product change over and set up procedures
• Documents production activities each day as assigned.
