Junior Associate - Needling

1. Sets production machines and Operates process plant equipments for the process of Fiberisation, Needling, Log handling according to established procedures and schedules.
2. Performs Quality tests like shot content, tensile & etc.
3. Online inspection of product physical parameters and immediately takes corrective action.
4. Detects and Reports machine abnormalities promptly to the maintenance team.
5. Performs Product change over and set up procedures
6. Documents production activities each day as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a relevant healthcare diploma or degree (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture).
• Holds recognized certifications in acupuncture or dry needling practices.
• Has 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, preferably with exposure to manual therapies.
• Demonstrates proficiency in anatomical knowledge and understanding of musculoskeletal systems.
