Junior Audit Supervisor

About the Role
Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a motivated Junior Audit Supervisor to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will assist in overseeing audit activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements across Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, the number one motorcycle dealer in the Philippines.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy
• With 3 years of solid audit experience (Internal and Operational)
• People management experience is required

Qualifications:

• Ability to evaluate operational compliance with existing policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and fraud-related matters
• Prepare audit reports with data analysis for management review
• Develop process workflows and detailed work plans based on company timelines
• Knowledge of conducting various audit procedures and data sampling analysis

Other Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to conduct coaching sessions and assist in managing team performance
• Experience in supporting audits across operations and technology projects

Job Duties:

• Assist in managing the overall audit department/sections
• Review audit reports submitted by auditors across branches and recommend improvements in line with company policies
• Coordinate with various management levels on audit findings, from Branch Managers to Regional Managers
• Provide feedback and suggestions for operational improvements to branch management in coordination with auditors
• Ensure that audit findings are addressed and action plans are implemented
