Junior Auditor

About the role

This is an audit role supporting senior team members with standard audit procedures and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Perform standard audit procedures, including substantive testing, analytical reviews, and testing of internal controls under senior guidance
• Conduct basic data extraction, verification, and analysis to support audit findings
• Cross-check audit evidence against source documents and underlying financial transactions
• Assist in drafting audit working papers and organizing engagement files in compliance with professional standards
• Support senior team members with client communications and data requests
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related business disciplines
• Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of external/internal audit experience given priority
• Student members or pursuers of HKICPA / ACCA / CPA Australia (or equivalent professional bodies) an advantage
• Good analytical sense, high accuracy, and strong logical reasoning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with accounting software a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proactive learner, team player, and adaptable; immediate availability preferred
