Junior Auditor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Auditor to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig. In this role, you will support our compliance and audit operations by reviewing internal controls, evaluating company policies, and ensuring business operations strictly adhere to regulatory standards and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting compliance and process audits across various internal departments.
• Examine documents, records, operational procedures, and transactions to verify compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive audit working papers, collect supporting evidence, and assist in drafting audit findings, recommendations, and management reports.
• Monitor compliance issues and track corrective action plans through to closure.
• Assist in identifying control weaknesses, process gaps, and potential operational risks.
• Coordinate with department representatives to gather required information, data, and supporting documents.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company records and stay updated on relevant statutory regulations, laws, and industry compliance standards.
• Perform other audit and compliance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in internal auditing, compliance, accounting, or internal controls is an advantage (fresh graduates with strong academic background in audit are welcome to apply).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Office applications.
