Junior Baker /Bakery Assistant

Position 1 : Junior / senior Baker x 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company and kitchen SOP and policies.
• Assist direct supervisor according to instructions given.
• Management and control of supplies and inventory stock levels. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstation and equipment.
• Ensure that quality of all products are maintained at all times during the production.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.
• Knowledge in cream puff / butter cake /Sponge cake/whipped cream

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Bakery / Pastry.

• Passion for baking Knowledge of bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation and preservation and utilization of bakery equipment.

• Ensuring excellent kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

• Good communication & organization skills.

• Good attendance.

• Can lead Bakery Assistant

• Available to work 5 days per week, able to work overtime if needed

• Working hours 730am-530pm ( Mon to Friday )

  • Salary 2500.00-3200.00 / month ( depend experience ) * own transport willing to at Eco Business Park III ( Dato Onn)

Position 2 Bakery Assistant x 1

Job Description :

-Handling all bakery jobs (including backings, whipped cream, rolling dough, weighing ingredients, cooking sauce, packaging)

-Ensure hygiene, Cleanness and tidiness of kitchen (including cleaning , handling ingredients storage, ensure ingredients are FIFO basis)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 years working experience in Bakery / Pastry.

• Passion for baking Knowledge of bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation and preservation and utilization of bakery equipment.

• Good communication & organization skills.

• Good attendance.

• Available to work 5 days per week, able to work overtime if needed

• Salary 1800.00-2300.00 / month ( depend experience ) * own transport willing to at Eco Business Park III ( Dato Onn)

• Working hours 730am-530pm ( Mon to Friday )
