We’re looking for an energetic Junior Barista to join our team at one of our outlets:

• The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley
• KLCC
• TRX
• St Giles

If you love coffee culture, enjoy meeting people, and take pride in delivering great service, we’d love to have you on our team!

The Hustle – Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and be the friendly face of our brand.
• Prepare quality coffee, from classic long blacks to specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve quick bites such as soups, sandwiches, and pastries.
• Recommend menu items and confidently answer customers’ questions.
• Handle payments and keep the bar and dining area clean and organised.
• Maintain sufficient stock of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Create a welcoming experience that keeps customers coming back.

What You Need

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Genuinely care about providing a great customer experience.
• Able to stay organised and composed during busy periods.
• Comfortable handling coffee and kitchen equipment safely.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Previous barista or F&B experience is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
