Junior Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages
• Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure an excellent guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock management
• Follow recipes and presentation standards while also contributing creative ideas
• Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory checks
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and energetic ambiance

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant (1-2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail trends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English/Cantonese/Mandarin
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work weekends or public holidays
• Certification in bartending or food safety is a plus
