Junior Bartender

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our F&B team. The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining excellent guest service, bar hygiene, stock control, and beverage standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Welcome guests, take beverage orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain complete bar mise-en-place, including garnishes, ice, mixers, glassware, and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, storage, and service area.
• Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the Bar Manager/Supervisor for replenishment.
• Follow FIFO, proper storage, and stock rotation procedures.
• Conduct daily opening and closing duties.
• Maintain accurate stock usage and minimize wastage and breakage.
• Ensure responsible handling and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Handle bar equipment safely and report any maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the service, kitchen, and management teams.
• Follow all company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude with guests at all times.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, bar, café, or similar F&B establishment.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, mocktails, and beverage service.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations and inventory control.
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and food-safety practices.
• Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined, and professional.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,116.21 - ₹24,008.47 per month
