Junior Beverage Associate

The Junior Beverage Associate supports the Beverage team across outlet operations, beverage R&D;, house production,

training, and internal and external company projects. The role is hands-on and is expected to develop practical beverage

knowledge while supporting the team with day-to-day execution.

The position is designed as a development role. The team member will work under the direction of the Group Beverage

Associate / Beverage Specialist and progressively take on more responsibility as capability improves.

Key Responsibilities

Outlet Operations & Quality

• Support regular beverage checks across assigned outlets.

• Check recipe execution, presentation, consistency, and basic beverage quality.

• Report operational or quality issues clearly and promptly.

• Follow up on assigned corrective actions.

R&D; & Product Development

• Prepare ingredients, equipment, samples, and work areas for R&D.;

• Assist with beverage testing and recipe trials.

• Record recipes, test results, observations, and changes accurately.

• Support preparation of final samples and new beverage launches.

House Production

• Support beverage production according to approved recipes and specifications.

• Assist with batch preparation, yield checks, labelling, and basic quality control.

• Report production issues and inconsistencies to the responsible team member.

Training & Standards

• Assist with beverage training preparation and practical sessions.

• Support communication and follow-up of recipes and beverage standards.

• Apply approved beverage procedures consistently in assigned work.

Internal & External Projects

• Support internal and external company beverage projects as assigned.

• Assist with events, catering, photoshoots, collaborations, and special projects.

• Help prepare ingredients, equipment, samples, and other beverage requirements.

• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and communicate issues early.

Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain assigned recipes, SOPs, product information, and R&D;

• Assist with ingredient lists, costing information, and project documentation.

• Keep files and working areas organised and up to date.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in bar, café, restaurant, hotel, beverage, or F&B; operations is preferred.

• Fresh graduates or junior candidates with a strong interest in beverages may be considered.

• Basic understanding of beverage preparation and F&B; operations.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Organised, reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic costing, production, or documentation experience is an advantage.
