Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to work as a Junior Billing Engineer in the electrical field. The candidate will assist in preparing electrical bills, BOQ, quantity calculations, site measurements, and project documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing electrical Running Account (RA) bills and final bills.
• Prepare and maintain electrical BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Calculate quantities of electrical materials and installation work.
• Assist in preparing measurement sheets based on site execution.
• Study electrical drawings and understand project specifications.
• Assist with quantity take-offs for cables, cable trays, conduits, wiring, lighting, panels, and earthing.
• Verify actual site quantities with BOQ quantities.
• Prepare billing statements and supporting documents using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with site engineers and senior billing engineers.
• Maintain daily progress reports and project billing records.
• Assist in preparing extra item statements and quantity variation reports.
• Learn client billing procedures and subcontractor billing processes.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
• Understanding of electrical drawings and BOQ.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn billing procedures and site activities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of electrical installations is preferred.
• Willingness to work at project sites when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
