Junior BIM Engineer (Transportation Infrastructure)

As a BIM engineer, you contribute to the improvement of international infrastructural projects. By working in multidisciplinary teams on integrated projects, you and others ensure that people and goods reach their destinations more safely, quickly, or sustainably. What will you do

Depending on your knowledge, experience, and personal preference, you will start with smaller design projects or larger design assignments in the field of bridges, tunnels, locks, or other civil structures. Within these integrated projects, you will play a prominent role in the 3D and 2D design process.

• You actively contribute to design choices and feasibility, ensuring high-quality detailing of the design.
• You develop tools and scripts and link (3D) information models. You use these within a multidisciplinary BIM environment or integral BIM model.
• You exchange knowledge and collaborate with specialists from your own department, as well as other departments such as Water, Maritime, Aviation, or Industry & Buildings.

You will work at the office in Ho Chi Minh City, or at the project location of our clients. Incidental international travel may be required.

What you bring

Qualifications An ideal candidate should possess strong critical thinking skills, be result-oriented, take ownership, excel in problem-solving, and can work independently. Additionally, the following qualifications and competencies are essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, transport engineering or other related fields.
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with using 3D design software (ex: Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD or Tekla). We provide on-the-job training and development opportunities to help you strengthen your technical skills.
• Knowledge of drawing production, standard construction techniques and structural design principles.
• Basic to intermediate English skills (both written and spoken). We welcome candidates who are keen to improve their English proficiency. We provide training and support to help you develop and grow in a professional working environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive, highly independent, can-do attitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
