Responsibilities

• Betting Analysis & Odds Management: Analyze and monitor betting activity and adjust odds when necessary
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cooperate with Senior Traders and the Risk Management and Pre-Match teams to ensure effective trading operations and risk control
• Sports & Market Monitoring: Monitor sporting events and stay up to date with relevant industry developments and market trends
• Customized Betting Solutions: Propose tailored betting types and solutions for regional partners based on their specific business needs and requirements
• Partner Support: Provide support to regional partners on matters related to the platform, betting products, and trading operations
• General Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that fall within the scope of the position and comply with applicable labor legislation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in sports betting, trading, or a related analytical role. Previous experience in the trading field will be considered an advantage
• General Sports Knowledge: Good overall understanding of sports and sporting events
• Mathematical & Analytical Skills: Strong numerical, mathematical, and analytical abilities
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working efficiently under time pressure and in a dynamic environment
• Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Learning Agility & Adaptability: Willingness to learn, develop quickly, and adapt effectively in a dynamic work environment
• Shift Work Availability: Willingness to work in shifts, including evening hours and weekends
• Basic principles of trading
• Odds adjustment
• Data analysis
