About the Role

This is a combined role on purpose — you'll split your time between accounts receivable and payable work across several client accounts, plus the core junior bookkeeping tasks that keep everything clean underneath. Six months in, success looks like: invoices out the door on time, collections handled before anyone has to ask twice, bills paid without a last-minute scramble, and reconciliations that close without surprises. Boring, in the best possible way.

What You’ll Own

• Prepare and send client invoices, follow up if needed
• Process vendor bills and run the bill pay calendar across multiple clients
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts every month, no exceptions
• Enter and categorize transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online
• Support month-end close alongside our bookkeeping and payroll leads
• Keep clean, audit-ready records for every client you touch
• Speak up the second something looks off — a duplicate charge, a missing invoice, a balance that's been sitting too long — before it turns into a bigger headache

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general bookkeeping
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online — this isn't the role to learn it for the first time
• Comfortable juggling multiple clients' books at once without dropping a detail
• The kind of attention to detail that catches the $12 discrepancy, not just the $12,000 one
• Clear, prompt written communication — you update people before they have to chase you
• A reliable, quiet workspace and internet connection, since this role is fully remote

Nice to Have:

• Experience at a bookkeeping, accounting, or outsourced finance firm juggling multiple clients
• Familiarity with service-business or medical spa billing and payment patterns
• Exposure to tools like Bill.com, Gusto, or similar AP/payroll platforms
• A sense of humor — we're serious about the numbers, not about ourselves

• Status: Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week flexing during monthly close
• Location: Fully remote
• Pay: $22–$26/hour, depending on experience
• Start date: Targeting October 19
• Reports to: TrueView’s bookkeeping and controller team

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
