Cwenga Technologies is looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Bookkeeper to join our team in Edenvale.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Daily capturing and categorizing transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Processing accounts payable and receivable
• Invoicing and following up on outstanding payments
• Assisting with VAT, expense claims, and financial reporting
• Maintaining accurate and organized financial records
• General finance admin support
• Support senior staff with general office or clerical tasks.
• Prepare documents for shareholders and directors as needed.
• Ensure the renewal of company documents annually.
• Provide support with data capturing for finance department.
• Assist with preparing and coordinating board and AGM meetings. Ensuring directors and shareholders are available.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma / Certificate in Bookkeeping, Accounting or Finance
• Valid Driver’s License (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or similar – essential
• Good Excel skills
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and VAT
• Strong attention to detail, organized and deadline-driven
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Dependable, organized, and take pride in getting the details right
• Comfortable managing your workload independently

Working Hours

· Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30

· Friday: 08:00 – 15:15

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
