Junior Bookkeeper

Part-time junior bookkeeper needed at entertainment production company.

Hours are flexible, starts ASAP. Rate based on experience.

Training will be provided- this is a great opportunity to those looking to get into entertainment bookkeeping.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE experience with Quickbooks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Able to work with hard copies
• Experience in Entertainment Bookkeeping is a BIG asset

Responsibilities:

• Assist accounting department
• Entries in Quickbooks
• Manage day-to-day books in Quickbooks
• Matching and preparing slips and paperwork
• Assist in managing accounts payable
• Process invoices and make sure they are paid on time
• Assist in managing accounts receivable
• Review bank statements for accuracy

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
