FAR - Compiling and maintaining complete fixed assets register, balances to CLient

FAR - Additions and disposals recorded correctly and agree to Client

FAR - Calculate and raise depreciation on each type of fixed asset

LEASES

LEASES - Assets as per leases are recorded on the FAR

LEASES - Liability is correctly raised and recorded

LEASES - Additions and disposals recorded correctly and agree to Client

LEASES - Raise administration/service fees as per amortisation schedule

LEASES - Raise interest as per amortisation schedule

ACCOUNTING

ACCOUNTING - Capture credit cards and petty cash recons

ACCOUNTING - Fuel and maintenance reports (FNB fleet, Engen, Jetpark, Credit Card and EFT Recons)

ACCOUNTING - Process monthly journal for split of Insurance

STOCK

STOCK - Process stock adjustments

BANKING

BANKING - Process merchant card payments by customers

BANKING - Capture and record cash book for all branches (Debit Orders and Ad Hoc payments)

BANKING - Maintain bank recons for all entities

SUPPLIERS

SUPPLIERS - Process stock for suppliers (Assist as required)

SUPPLIERS - Process other invoices for suppliers (Fuel, Repairs, Tools, Equipment Rental)

SUPPLIERS - Complete credit applications

ADMINISTRATION

Filing of paperwork

Attend to emails

Complete applications and forms for application for emails received from management

Labelling of files

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
