Where This Role Leads
SummitPath uses a defined leadership pipeline — Junior Bookkeeper, Bookkeeper, Senior Bookkeeper, Bookkeeping Lead — so you always know what the next step looks like and what it takes to get there. Each level builds on the one before it.
With roughly a year of experience, Junior Bookkeepers typically progress to Bookkeeper: working with minimal oversight, making adjusting journal entries, reconciling independently, processing payroll, and completing GST/HST reconciliations. We review your progress against the pipeline semi-annually.
