Junior Branch Ambassador

Position: Junior Branch Ambassador

Location: Iloilo-Gen. Luna/Ledesma

Job Summary: Responsible for deposit account servicing (deposits, withdrawals, encashments, checkbook reorders, inquiries, etc.), other platform functions, processing of payments, receipts and other monetary transactions, among others.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with their banking needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Process branch transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote bank products and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Support daily branch operations and contribute to service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
• Customer service or banking experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work onsite and deliver a superior customer experience.
