YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Brand Manager Functionals RO will include (but not limited to)

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, relaunches, and promotional activities.
• Assist in implementing brand strategies across communication, media, and pricing initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor brand performance and promotional effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to new product development and innovation projects through market and consumer analysis.
• Support budget tracking and management for assigned brand activities.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and in line with brand objectives.

About you

We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager Functionals RO with the following profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in FMCG Marketing, Trade Marketing, or a similar commercial role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to share ideas and challenge the status quo constructively.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
