Junior Branding Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Entry-Level Brand & Production Coordinator to manage custom branding workflows, print runs, and embroidery jobs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative assets and physical production—ensuring every screen print, heat transfer, direct-to-film (DTF), and embroidery project meets strict visual and quality standards. You will handle job proofing, order scheduling, vendor communication, and quality assurance from artwork sign-off to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Job & Workflow Coordination: Generate detailed production job cards, verify artwork specifications (sizing, placement, thread colors, PMS color codes), and route orders through print and embroidery departments.
• Artwork & Digitizing Proofing: Review vector graphics and inspect digitized embroidery files (.DST format) to approve physical stitchouts, print strike-offs, and sample garments prior to full production runs.
• Quality Assurance: Perform pre- and post-production inspections to check thread tension, stitch density, print opacity, color accuracy, and overall placement on finished apparel and products.
• Brand Asset Maintenance: Maintain the master digital asset library, ensuring all logo files, digitizing files, and client branding guidelines are organized and up to date.
• Supplier & Inventory Support: Coordinate with blank garment suppliers, thread vendors, and print consumables suppliers to monitor inventory levels, track lead times, and fulfill stock orders.
• Timeline Management: Track active production schedules, troubleshoot delays on the shop floor, and provide clear status updates to account managers and clients.
