This boutique firm specialises in helping Australian investors navigate global markets through institutional-grade research and strategic guidance. Operating with a high-performance culture, they bridge the gap between complex financial markets and everyday investors, providing seamless trade execution across all major asset classes.
 
 
As they continue to scale their Sydney operations, they are looking for ambitious individuals to join their trading floor and fast-track their careers as Investment Managers.

Location: North Sydney (onsite) Salary: $55,000 Base + Super + Commission ($150,000 OTE) Sector: Finance
 
 
🔧 The Role:  

• Drive Client Acquisition: Prospect and engage leads from a warm internal database to introduce the firm’s stockbroking services.
• Market Education: Speak confidently with prospects about current market trends, investment opportunities, and the firm's unique research.
• Pipeline Management: Profile potential investors and schedule high-quality follow-up calls for the Head of Desk to drive conversions.
• Stay Market-Ready: Keep up with ASX and international market developments to provide informed insights during outreach.
• Fast-Track Progression: Master the client acquisition phase to quickly move into an Investment Manager role, where you will manage your own portfolio and execute trades.

• Education & Interest: You hold a bachelor’s degree (any discipline) and possess a genuine fascination with financial markets and economic trends.
• Phone-First Drive: You have experience in sales, business development, or a high-volume phone environment and enjoy the "thrill of the hunt."
• Exceptional Communicator: You can translate complex market information into engaging, professional conversations with high-net-worth prospects.
• Resilient & Competitive: You are motivated by hitting daily call targets and performance KPIs, viewing objections as part of the process.
• Career-Focused: You aren't looking for just a job; you want a defined pathway to becoming a licensed Investment Manager managing $10M+ in assets.
