Junior Financial Advisor / Broker

Starting base pay: Flexible, with the opportunity for an immediate increase based on experience, skills, and demonstrated capabilities.

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Financial Advisor / Broker to support a team of four advisors. This role combines client service, advisor support, and daily operations with room to grow into greater client-facing responsibility.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and proactive—someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and wants to build a career in financial services. Candidates with relevant securities licenses are encouraged to apply, along with those who can obtain the required licenses within an agreed initial period.

In this role, you will:

• Support four advisors with meeting preparation, scheduling, client follow-up, and tracking action items.
• Assist with client onboarding, applications, account paperwork, and updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and keep outstanding requests moving toward completion.
• Respond to routine client inquiries and coordinate with advisors on questions requiring their expertise.
• Identify ways to improve workflows and the client experience.
• Follow applicable compliance, licensing, and confidentiality requirements.
• Take on additional responsibilities as your skills, qualifications, and capabilities develop.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Relevant securities licenses, such as Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66, or the ability to obtain those required for the position within an agreed initial period.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, service-focused approach.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritize requests from multiple advisors and manage deadlines.
• Comfort learning client management systems and other business software.
• Initiative, accountability, and an interest in growing as an advisor.

Compensation starts at $21 per hour in base pay, with the potential for an immediate increase based on what you bring to the role. Depending on your capabilities, performance, and responsibilities, the position can evolve into a hybrid compensation structure combining base pay with performance-based earnings.

You’ll work closely with experienced advisors, gain practical experience, and have the opportunity to progress toward a more independent advisor role as you demonstrate readiness.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
