Junior Building Engineering Assistant

Role Overview

Support engineers with building-services projects, technical documentation, site information, and project coordination. You'll gain practical experience working across building engineering and construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with technical project documentation.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, and project records.
• Support site inspections and information gathering.
• Maintain project documentation and registers.
• Assist with calculations and technical research.
• Coordinate information between project stakeholders.
• Support project reporting and administrative activities.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or bachelor's degree in Building Services, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic CAD or technical drawing knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn technical processes and industry standards.

Pay: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
