Junior Business Analyst and MIS Executive (Night Shift)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our team as a Jr. Business Analyst and MIS Executive. The ideal candidate will help gather software/system requirements, create clear documentation, support the development team and run the analysis . This is a great opportunity to grow in the Healthcare IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to internal teams and understand project requirements.
• Prepare clear documentation using Figma, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Create flowcharts, mockups, and wireframes in Figma.
• Work with the development and QA teams to make sure requirements are understood.
• Test APIs using Postman for basic validation.
• Write and understand simple SQL queries to check data.
• Share ideas and feedback confidently during meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Good knowledge of Figma, PowerPoint, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, etc), Power BI and other documentation tools.
• Basic understanding of SQL and API testing using Postman.
• Confident, assertive, and able to ask the right questions.
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: Night Shift (05:00 pm to 02:00 am PKT)
