Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Work closely with the Scrum team to clarify requirements and support effective implementation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that deliverables meet business requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Experienced in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Exposure in insurance industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices is a plus.
